1. What types of teddy bears does Merakez offer? Our collection includes:
- Classic teddy bears (jointed arms/legs for posing)
- Giant oversized plush teddies for ultimate cuddles
- Mini & pocket-sized bears (great for gifts or travel)
- Holiday & seasonal bears (Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, etc.)
- Personalized teddies (add names, messages, or custom colors)
- Collector & themed plush (vintage-inspired, rainbow, scented, etc.)
All sizes from tiny 6-inch to huge 40+ inch – perfect for kids, adults, gifting, or home decor!
2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your teddy is on its way!
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring more options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original condition with tags attached. If your teddy arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Are your teddy bears safe for children? Yes! All our bears use hypoallergenic, non-toxic plush fabrics and have embroidered or securely stitched eyes/noses (no small parts that can be a choking hazard). Suitable for ages 3+ (supervision recommended for younger children). Always follow care instructions and avoid washing in hot water to keep them soft and safe.
7. How do I care for my Merakez teddy bear? Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for small stains. For deeper cleaning, most are surface-washable or gentle machine wash (cold, delicate cycle) in a pillowcase or laundry bag, then air dry flat. Avoid tumble drying to preserve shape and fluffiness. Specific care labels are included with each bear.
